Author Guidelines
Everything you need to know before submitting your manuscript to Ambisphere Publishers.
General Submission Guidelines
Ambisphere Publishers welcomes original, unpublished manuscripts across academic, literary, technological, and educational domains. All submissions must represent the author's own work and comply with ethical publishing standards.
- Manuscripts must be original and not previously published elsewhere
- All co-authors must provide written consent for submission
- Proper citations and references are required for all sourced material
- Manuscripts should be free from plagiarism and ethical violations
- Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest
- Abstracts should clearly summarize the work's scope, methodology, and contributions
Manuscript Preparation
Structure Requirements
- Title page with full title, subtitle (if any), author name(s), affiliation, and contact details
- Abstract (250–500 words) with 5–8 keywords
- Table of contents for multi-chapter works
- Numbered chapters with clear headings and subheadings
- References/bibliography in a consistent citation style (APA, MLA, Chicago, or IEEE)
- Author biography (100–200 words) and recent photograph (optional)
Formatting Standards
- Font: Times New Roman or Arial, 12pt for body text
- Line spacing: 1.5 or double-spaced
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- Page numbers on all pages except the title page
- Figures and tables numbered sequentially with captions
Accepted Formats
We accept manuscript files in the following formats for initial submission:
Preferred format for review. Ensures consistent formatting across platforms.
DOC / DOCX
Microsoft Word documents with standard formatting and styles applied.
ZIP Archive
For submissions with multiple files, figures, or supplementary materials.
Maximum file size: 20 MB. For larger files, please contact our editorial team.
